What happened: I am a student at VSU. I was told by my instructor to use grammarlY. So I purchased. Unknown to me VSU offers grammerly premium free to students so now I have * accounts. I am a requesting a refund for what I paid

What happened: I signed up for grammarly premium and used my debit card to pay for it and it caused an overdraft on my bank account and I can’t afford to pay it off right now, is there anyway I can get my money refunded until I can sign up for a premium subscription again later?
What happened: I work for the Texas Department of Public Safety. We have a business account with Grammarly. When I received the email titled "You're invited to join Texas Department Of Public Safety on Grammarly", it doesn't allow me to log in. I have tried multiple times. The Grammarly login page states "Your password is incorrect or this account doesn’t exist." The IT dept with DPS can't seem to figure out why it's doing that. I have had this issue for at least * months. Please Help.
